Property
Inositol : it is a cyclic polyalcohol improperly considered to belong to the vitamin complex of group B. In nature there are different forms (stereoisomers) of inositol, the most important are identified with the name of Myo-inositol (MI) and D-chiro-inositol (DCI ). The dietary sources of DCI are rather scarce and in our organism the DCI is obtained mainly by conversion of the MI by the enzyme "epimerase", which guarantees the presence of the correct relationship between the two forms in the various tissues. Both isomers act as insulin second messengers, but regulate different insulin-dependent processes and contribute, in different ways, to the correct glucose metabolism. For this reason and to compensate for an inefficiency of the epimerase enzyme, it is essential to administer both MI and DCI forms.
Folic acid : thanks to its activity it contributes to the normal metabolism of amino acids and intervenes in the cell division process. It also contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Manganese : This is important for obtaining the active form of DCI.

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet a day, preferably between meals and caffeine intake. Dissolve the contents in water (100 ml) and take immediately.
