How to use
Take 1 vial a day, preferably on an empty stomach before breakfast or between meals.
1. Screw the cap clockwise as far as it will go to allow the powder to fall into the liquid.
2. Shake the vial vigorously.
3. Unscrew the cap and drink the contents.
