Biohealth Alkalos Food Supplement 60 Sachets

ALKALOS Food supplement based on calcium citrate and vitamin D, potassium and magnesium citrate. Useful for supplementing a diet lacking in calcium and vitamin D, while providing adequate supplementation of potassium and magnesium. Both calcium, potassium and magnesium are in alkaline form (citrate), in order to allow a correct acid-base balance. They help maintain the correct structure and density of the bones.

Calcium in the form of citrate	500 mg
Vitamin D3	300 IU

Magnesium citrate equal to Magnesium	1056 mg 10 mEq
Potassium citrate of which potassium bicarbonate equal to Potassium	510 mg 499 mg 10 mEq

How to use
Bag A: unless otherwise indicated by the doctor, it is suggested to take 1 sachet in the morning, on an empty stomach, to facilitate the absorption of calcium. Pour the contents of the sachet into half a glass of water, mix thoroughly and take the suspension immediately.
Envelope B: unless otherwise indicated by the doctor, it is suggested to take 1 sachet in the evening to favor a more adequate contrast of metabolic acidosis, usually higher at night. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in half a glass of water, stirring thoroughly to prepare a pleasant citrus-flavored drink.
