How to use

Carry out the nasal wash from once to six times a day, depending on the required nasal hygiene. 1 single-dose container of 5 ml is a wash for both nostrils.

Lay the baby on his back with his head tilted to one side. Gently insert the end of the single-dose container into the nostril. Press lightly on the single-dose container in order to release the required dose. Repeat for the other nostril. Wait a few moments for the solution to work, then lift the baby's head again. Gently wipe off excess liquid.
