Indicated in all situations in which a stimulation of the organism's reactive capacities is useful: deficiencies in B vitamins; convalescence from surgery or debilitating diseases; anemias; vaccination treatments; states of immunosuppression resulting from therapies with antibiotics, antiparasitics and chemotherapy; paresis and tetany; stress of any origin; pregnancies; in young subjects and sporting animals to promote adequate muscle development; in elderly animals to counteract the muscle decay typical of old age.
The product is formulated in highly palatable tablets thanks to the flavoring action of high quality protein derivatives of animal origin and thanks to the use of group B vitamins in the particular Rocoat protected form, which guarantees high stability and palatability.
In the STIMULFOS Pet Line three classes of components are associated: beta-glucans, phospholipids and vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B6, B12, PP and Calcium Pantothenate).
Beta-glucans belong to a class of biologically active natural compounds, known as BRM (Biological Response Modifiers), capable of positively influencing the efficiency of the animal's immune system. Of great importance for their activity are the origin (which can be vegetable, bacterial, from yeast or fungi, with great qualitative and quantitative and activity differences) and the chemical-physical characteristics (solubility, structure, molecular weight and number of ramifications). MacroGard Biorigin beta 1,3 / 1,6 glucans are polysaccharides extracted from the cell wall of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast with a particular technique that allows them to be concentrated while maintaining their biological activity intact. The intestine is the organ that has the largest and most pronounced immune activity: following oral intake, beta-glucans are able to interact with specific receptors present on the immune cells of the intestinal mucosa, determining and modulating the production of cytokines, increasing the activity of leukocytes (phagocytic activity) and stimulating the production of antibodies.
In the STIMULFOS Pet Line there is a specific source of phospholipids rich in phosphatidic acid, derived from soy, characterized by a high bioavailability and purity and obtained with natural enzymatic methods without the use of chemical extraction methods. Phosphatidic acid is the simplest membrane phospholipid and is also the fundamental intermediate for the synthesis of all the other more specific phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol), priority constituents of cell membranes; as a component of the membranes, phosphatidic acid represents 1-4% of the total cellular phospholipids. Of considerable importance, and discovered only in the last 10 years, is also the activity of phosphatidic acid as a lipid mediator at the cellular level; as such it mediates and regulates several fundamental biochemical processes involved in cell vitality, growth and proliferation, as well as in reactions to endogenous hormones and to organic and physiological stresses of all kinds. The contribution of phosphorus per tablet due to phosphatidic acid (0.25 mg / 5 kg pa) is negligible even compared to the minimum dietary intake of a specific diet for chronic kidney disease (200 mg / 5 kg pa).
STIMULFOS Pet Line contains the B complex vitamins in high concentrations, much higher than the minimum requirements recommended by FEDIAF (Fédération européenne deindustria des aliments pour animaux familiers); in the STIMULFOS Pet Line these vitamins are combined to stimulate cellular metabolism and compensate for conditions of deficiency or increased need in situations of metabolic stress, to keep all the coenzyme systems that use these vitamins intact and efficient. Vitamin B1 is able to act favorably on the nervous system, on the myocardium, in situations of stress and intense muscular work. Vitamin B2 intervenes in the biological oxidation processes favoring normal cell trophism. Vitamin B6 is involved in protein metabolism especially in the bone marrow and nervous system, liver and skin. Vitamin B12 enters the constitution of coenzymes essential for cell growth and replication especially as regards hematopoiesis, the central and peripheral nervous system and the liver. Vitamin PP plays a fundamental role in numerous redox reactions essential for tissue respiration. Pantothenic acid is a cofactor in the enzymatic reactions of the oxidative metabolism of carbohydrates, in the synthesis and degradation of fatty acids, in the synthesis of sterols and steroid hormones. Its deficiency causes signs of neuromuscular degeneration and adrenocortical insufficiency. Finally, in the STIMULFOS Pet Line there is Vitamin E which, thanks to its antioxidant properties, protects the membranes of the body's cells by sequestering free radicals and preventing their propagation.

How to use
One tablet for every 5 kg of the animal's weight once a day.
The daily dose can be doubled according to the condition of the animal and the opinion of the veterinarian.
To be administered for at least two weeks.
The palatable tablets can be administered directly or chopped into some food of your choice.
The tablets can be divided into four parts to facilitate weight adjustment: place the tablet on a flat surface with the side with the break lines facing upwards; press the center of the tablet with your thumb to divide it into 4 quarters.
