Che cosa è?
D-ribosio puro in polvere. Il D-Ribosio è uno zucchero naturale che si trova in tutte le cellule viventi. Esso non è essenziale (può essere fabbricato dall'organismo a partire da altre sostanze), ma il suo ruolo è fondamentale per la vita: molte molecole biologiche fondamentali contengono questo zucchero, compreso l'ATP e l'RNA. Una maggiore disponibilità di D-Ribosio facilita la sintesi di ATP e quindi la disponibilità energetica. Inoltre l'RNA sta alla base dei processi di sintesi proteica.
Come si usa?
Si consiglia l'assunzione di 2-5 g al giorno, sciolti in acqua, dopo l'attività fisica.
