Delivery Times

From the moment the package is handed over to the courier, delivery within Italy takes place within 48 business hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
International deliveries take place within 3 to 7 business days from the moment the package is handed over to the courier (delivery time depends on the destination)

Homeopathic products may experience processing delays ranging from 48 to 72 hours.

Surcharges

Domestic deliveries to islands and "remote" ZIP codes take place within 72 business hours and shipping costs will incur an additional €15 surcharge

International "out-of-area" deliveries carried out with Fedex courier have an additional surcharge of €22
