Returns and Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority for xfarma.it. For this reason, we apply a simple, clear and transparent returns policy, in compliance with current regulations.

Withdrawal within 14 days

Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

Free returns in Italy

For orders delivered in Italy, returns are free of charge if requested within 14 days from the delivery date.

Simple refund process

After the returned product has been checked, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the applicable regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

Returns within 14 days of delivery

For all orders placed on xfarma.it with delivery in Italy, returns are free of charge if requested within 14 days from the delivery date.

For orders delivered outside Italy, including European and non-European countries, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer and will be equivalent to the shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.

Returns after 14 days from delivery

It is also possible to request a return after the 14-day period from the receipt of the product. In such cases, the request will be subject to prior approval by xfarma.it.

If the return is accepted:

  • shipping costs shall be borne by the customer;
  • the return cost will be equivalent to the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

Conditions for accepting a return

In order to be accepted, the product must:

  • be intact and unused;
  • be returned in its original packaging;
  • include any accessories, manuals and other documentation originally supplied.

How to request a return

To start a return request, the customer must:

  1. contact our customer service team;
  2. wait for the instructions regarding the return procedure;
  3. carefully prepare the package, removing any previous shipping labels.

Refund

Once the product has been received and the return has been checked against the conditions stated above, xfarma.it will issue the refund within a few days, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise communicated.
