Per preparare un ottimo infuso versare acqua bollente in una tazza (circa 150 ml), mettere una bustina filtro e lasciare riposare per 5-8 minuti; coprire il contenitore per non disperdere le sostanze più volatili.Prima di togliere la bustina filtro premerla leggermente con il dorso del cucchiaino. Utilizzare una bustina per tazza. L'infuso ottenuto può essere bevuto caldo o freddo, dolcificato a piacere con zucchero o miele.
