Rhinosinusitis is an inflammatory process that affects the nasal mucosa and sinuses.
Swelling of the nasal mucosa and rhinorrhea can cause nasal obstruction ("stuffy nose" effect), which in turn favors the stagnation of secretions, creating the ideal conditions for microbial proliferation.
An inflammatory state of the nasal mucosa, characterized by swelling and reduced nasal respiratory function, may also arise following surgery of the nasal and paranasal region, such as surgery of the turbinates.
In all the above cases it may be useful to cleanse the nasal cavities to help restore the physiological state of the mucosa, with the consequent decongestion, restoring the natural patency of the nasal cavities.

The IPERSAL hypertonic nasal spray solution:
• favors the cleansing and removal of viruses, bacteria, pollen, macro and micro particles from the nasal mucosa.
• Thanks to its saline composition , it determines a natural asthmatic effect, drawing water from the mucosa, favoring the reduction of swelling and restoring the natural patency of the nasal passages.
• The sulfur component participates in the restoration of normal respiratory function, carrying out a fluidifying activity due to a direct mucolytic effect; sulfur also has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activity.

Indications
Cleansing with Ipersal helps to restore the physiological condition of the nasal mucosa. It is particularly suitable:
• as an adjuvant in treatments in which it is necessary to reduce the edematous state of the mucous membranes and improve respiratory function (rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, post-operative course, counteracting nasal congestion and, if present, favoring the fluidification and removal of abundant catarrhal secretions and / or purulent.

Packaging
50ml spray bottle with ecological dispensing (without gas).
Without preservatives, with controlled pH.
Particular attention was paid to the method of disbursement of Ipersa.
The characteristic dispenser has the uniqueness of protecting the solution from pollutants.
In fact, a mechanical system guarantees the safety of use, avoiding the entry of foreign substances that could pollute the solution itself.
Consequently, the use of preservatives that could cause irritation of the nasal mucosa, especially in hyperreactive subjects, is excluded.

How to use
Ipersal spray ecological dispensing (without gas):
1. remove the protective cap from the bottle.
2. Keeping the head slightly tilted back, gently insert the nozzle into one nostril (see illustration) directing the spray towards the outer wall of the nasal cavity.
3. Press the regulator flaps with your fingers while inhaling through your nose.
4. Repeat the application with the other nostril.
5. Allow a few minutes to pass before blowing your nose.
For effective action, approximately 5 sprays per day per nostril are indicated.
However, the application of PIpersal can also be carried out a greater number of times, as needed.
