Maltodextrin; creatine monohydrate; acidifier: citric acid; L-arginine; potassium citrate; magnesium citrate; aroma; L-carnitine tartrate; magnesium oxide; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; dye: beta-carotene (beta-carotene, maltodextrin, vegetable oil, sucrose); vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopherol acetate, gelatin); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); folate (pteroyl monoglutamic acid); sodium selenite.

How to use
2 sachets a day, to be dissolved each in a glass of water.
