Linusan Directions
Linusan slightly reduces the cholesterol level, prevents postmenopausal osteoporosis; treats chronic constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, enteric inflammation caused by the abuse of laxatives, diverticulitis.

How to use
Constipation: one tablespoon in a glass of water or direct intake followed by water, or 1 tablespoon mixed with yogurt, or in soups or salads, 3 times a day; for children aged 3 to 12, 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
Cholesterolemia: 15 to 50g per day.
Gastritis or enteritis: 5 to 10g in 150ml of water.
Painful skin inflammations: make an infusion of 30-50 grams of split or softened seeds in boiling water for 10/15 minutes, then apply in a hot and humid poultice on the painful part.
