Buckwheat Flour Naturally gluten-free, balanced and rich in essential amino acids. It has a high nutritional value, in fact its proteins are comparable to those of meat and soy. This flour can be mixed with other naturally gluten-free flours for the preparation of rustic cakes, bread and its derivatives, to which it will give a flavor similar to that of wholemeal bread.
