• The psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk.) Has the following effects: it promotes a soft, voluminous and flowing fecal mass, favoring the regularity of intestinal transit; exerts an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system; modulates the absorption of nutrients by contributing to the metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates; it has a prebiotic effect that favors the balance of the intestinal flora;

Method of use and dosage

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets a day between meals. Dissolve the contents of each sachet in a glass of water (about 200ml) or other non-carbonated drinks, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately. To promote progressive bowel regularity, it is advisable to take adequate amounts of fluids throughout the day. In children over 6 years of age, it is advisable to halve the doses and consult a doctor.
