Cystasis Indications

Property
- Serenoa Repens (100 mg): its active ingredient consists of Betasitosterin, inhibitor of both 5 alpha reductase type 2 and the cytosolic dehydrotestosterone receptor. At the prostatic level it has a strong anti-estrogenic effect, given by a strong decrease in estrogen receptors, with an anti-inflammatory and anti-edema action. In the metabolism of androgens in the hair follicle, the blocking of 5 alpha reductase type 2 causes a decrease in the amount of hydrotestosterone responsible for the atrophy of the hair follicle.
- Phytoestrogens (12.5 mg): they are useful in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia and have two types of action: hormonal-like and non-hormonal. They possess antioxidant activity with a mild anti-inflammatory and antihypertensive action. They are able to prevent cardiovascular diseases by reducing triglycerides, LD - cholesterol and total cholesterol and to slow down the atherosclerosis process through their antioxidant action and reducing platelet aggregation. They would also have an antineoplastic action and prevent neoangiogenesis, which is important for tumor growth. They are also important in preventing the onset of osteoporosis.
- Green Tea (50 mg): contains proteins, soluble glucosides, vitamins, minerals, purines (caffeine, theophylline and theobromine), polyphenols and carotenoids. polyphenols have a strong antioxidant activity, and are capable of inhibiting the erythema induced by RUV, reducing the local production of prostaglandins. Purines stimulate the nervous and circulatory systems, promote breathing and have a mild diuretic action. Tannins have an astringent, anti-diarrheal and anti-inflammatory action.
