Klimì Med is a product in practical sterile wipes whose formulation based on hyaluronic acid , an element with a cleansing, emollient, soothing and decongestant action, promotes periocular hygiene. The wipe solution also contains chlorhexidine digluconate as an antimicrobial preservative.

How to use

It is advisable to open the sachet and remove the wipe only after having thoroughly washed your hands. Use the wipe on the eyelids and eyelashes keeping the eye closed, massaging gently until the area around the eyes is thoroughly cleansed. The product consists of a sterile disposable wipes, therefore it is recommended to use them only once to avoid inadvertent contamination of the periocular surface. Use a wipe for each eye in order to avoid possible cross-contamination. The functionality and safety of the product is guaranteed by the unopened package.

Warnings and Contraindications

Contains chlorhexidine digluconate and therefore it is not recommended for use in the newborn.
The product should not be used by subjects allergic to formaldehyde as it contains sodium hydroxymethylglycinate.
Occasionally, mild and transient burning or mild local irritation may occur. If these manifestations are particularly evident, discontinue use of the product.
