Adjuvant in the regenerative process of the oral mucosa.
Mucosamin is a product with a mainly protective action on the oral mucous membranes, made in compliance with Directive 93/42 / EEC MDD. The product contains hyaluronic acid, the main component of the connective tissue and amino acids intended to promote the formation of collagen.
Mucosamin, through the protective action carried out by the components, is intended to assist the regenerative process of the oral mucosa to promote a fast healing of the areas of ulceration and the simultaneous reduction of pain.
The particular spray formulation allows easy application even in the most difficult to reach areas of the mouth.
Mucosamin is indicated in mucositis during chemotherapy, radiotherapy and combined or concomitant treatments.
It is a fluid gel that can be used to hydrate the oral mucous membranes on which it carries out a protective action.
Relieves irritation of the oral cavity, usually caused by mucositis. It reduces the sensitivity to external attacks assisting the repair process of the tissues of the oral cavity while favoring the maintenance and restoration of physiological conditions.
Oral mucositis induced by radiotherapy or chemotherapy is a frequent side effect in cancer patients. Damage to the mucosa develops through an initiation phase followed by a phase of damage amplification: the outcome is a phase of ulceration followed in varying times by a phase of tissue repair. Oral mucositis is characterized by recurrent erythema and recurrent mucosal ulcers with burning pain of varying severity. Severe forms of mucositis have a heavy impact on the quality of life and can compromise the ability to tolerate the planned treatment plan.
Mucosamin, creating a protective layer, acts on the ulcerative phase of mucositis and promotes a more rapid reduction of pain and burning. Hyaluronic acid and amino acids then enter into action in the regenerative phase of mucositis and promote the repair of the oral mucosa.
After cleansing the oral cavity, apply an even layer over the entire oral cavity and the lesion area.
Direct the tip of the applicator on the areas of ulceration or otherwise burning and spray several times to cover the entire affected area.

How to use
