Ingrediants
For 0.5 ml:
fructose; purified water; melatonin 3 mg; preservatives: potassium sorbate; sodium benzoate; aroma; thickener: xanthan gum.
How to use
We recommend 0.5 ml of product equal to 12 drops, once a day.
This dosage can be increased up to a maximum of 20 drops / day equal to 5 mg of melatonin.
4 drops contain 1 mg of melatonin.
Failure to comply with the indicated quantities may not have any effect.
Administer the dose directly into the mouth or diluted in non-alcoholic drinks. Take 30 minutes before bedtime.
Features
Based on pure melatonin; being synthetic, non-GMO and not derived from animal glands, it is very safe.
- Melatonin: substance naturally produced by our body, more precisely by the pineal gland. Helps regulate the circadian rhythm of sleep and also the sleep-wake cycle. This substance therefore intervenes on the rhythms of sleep, normalizing them.
