Neocate LCP Food for special medical purposes in powder form for infants from birth to 12 months, nutritionally complete, based on free synthetic amino acids, for the nutritional management of food allergy to cow's milk proteins (APLV), multiple intolerances to proteins food and / or gastrointestinal diseases that require an elementary diet.
It is enriched with long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (arachidonic acid ARA and docosahexaenoic acid DHA) and nucleotides, nutrients present in breast milk useful for promoting cognitive and visual development.
It does not contain whole proteins and peptides. It does not contain milk and egg proteins. Free of gluten, free of soy, free of artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. Hypoallergenic.

How to use The health of the infant depends on the care and hygiene with which the formula is reconstituted. Inadequate preparation can harm the health of the infant.
The recommended dilution of Neocate LCP is 13.8% weight / volume and can be obtained by diluting one level scoop of powder (approximately 4.6 g) in 30 ml of boiled water. Use only the measuring cup contained in the package.
1. Wash your hands thoroughly and thoroughly clean the work area used for preparation. Sterilize bottle, teat and ring.
2. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and let it cool for at least 30 minutes. Pour the required amount of water into a previously sterilized bottle or suitable bottle.
3. Fill the measuring cup contained in the package and shave it with a clean and dry knife. Do not press the powder into the measuring cup. Use only the measuring cup attached to the package.
4. Add the prescribed number of scoops of powder to the water in the bottle or in a suitable bottle. Close the container and shake it until the powder is completely dissolved. Before feeding, make sure that the milk is at the correct temperature, also checking it on the back of the hand.
5. Any milk remaining in the bottle one hour after administration should not be used. Do not heat the milk during administration.
The powder from which the formula is reconstituted is not sterile.
The formula should be prepared immediately before use.
The formula should not be heated for more than 15 minutes prior to administration.
Do not boil the formula and do not use the microwave to prepare or reheat it.
The recommended dose should be determined by the pediatrician and depends on the age, weight and health condition of the child.
