How to use
In constipation:
It is recommended to take 7.5 g of powder to be dissolved in half a glass of non-cold and non-carbonated water, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
As an adjunct to low-calorie diets:
It is recommended to take 7.5 g of powder to be dissolved in half a glass of water, not cold and non-carbonated, 15-20 minutes before main meals.

Warnings
There is a possible danger of suffocation for people with swallowing difficulties or in case of ingestion without adequate fluid intake.
In order for it to reach the stomach, the product must always be taken with plenty of water.
The presence of fiber can make it difficult to absorb other drugs, therefore the product should be taken away from other therapies.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
