Also known as golden root or arctic root, Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) has been used in traditional Eurasian medicine for over three hundred years for its versatility as a herbal tonic. Rhodiola root acts as a tonic-adaptogen counteracting states of mental and physical fatigue. It also promotes normal mood. Fitorodiola Indications
Powerful adaptogen capable of reducing states of mental and physical fatigue, promotes the transport to the brain of amino acids precursors of neurotransmitters for good mood. Used for mood swings and asthenia, it is also suitable for athletes, who get better recovery during intensive training phases.
Dosage and method of use
Swallow 1 to 3 vegetarian capsules a day, preferably with water with meals.
