Creatine monohydrate, carnitine tartrate, fructose, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, Sambucus Nigra L. berries dehydrated on maltodextrin, flavorings and juice on maltodextrin and gum arabic, sweeteners (sorbitol, sucralose), anti-caking agents (amorphous silica, vegetable magnesium stearate).

How to use
Unless otherwise prescribed, it is recommended to take 1 sachet per day: pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (150 ml) and mix.
Avoid, if possible, for the dissolution of the sachet, acidic and / or carbonated drinks. Due to the natural origin of some ingredients, it is possible that the powder contained in the sachet remains partially in suspension when it is dissolved.
