The Argotone Tuss syrup of the Bracco brand is a very effective natural product to calm the dry or productive cough of younger children. Its formulation creates a mucoadhesive film that calms the cough, protects against sore throat irritation by improving the functionality of the upper respiratory tract. It is particularly suitable for calming ongoing irritative phenomena due to external agents such as cold, smog, dust and smoke. The natural syrup is also suitable for celiac children as it is gluten-free.

How does Argotone Tuss Syrup for children work?

Argotone Tuss ensures an immediate effect thanks to its plant components that calm the discomfort associated with cough and irritation, thus favoring the removal of mucus. The syrup works effectively thanks to the presence of:

• Extract of ivy leaves , a medicinal plant belonging to the Araliacee family known antitussive, it is also rich in saponins which perform a soothing action;
• Flower honey,   substance produced by bees for processing nectar, its beneficial action on the throat is highly appreciated by medicine;
• Altea extract , a medicinal plant of the Malvaceae family, thanks to its mucilage content, is able to cover the mucous membranes of the oropharyngeal cavity, contributing to the beneficial action against external agents;
• Thyme extract,   consisting of essential oils with antiseptic and balsamic action that increases the depth of breath and promotes the release of the respiratory tract.

How to use

For children from 1 to 4 years: ½ scoop (5ml) 2 times a day;
For children over 4 years: 1 scoop (10 ml) 2 times a day.

The syrup can be dissolved in drinks or liquids and should be taken away from main meals.
