How to use
1 capsule per day. For a correct use of the product it is advisable to consult a doctor. Swallow the capsule as it is or open it and disperse the contents in cold or warm water or other liquid (e.g. juice or milk). Take preferably with meals.
Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
