Indications:
made to relieve the fatigue of the mother's body, but formulated exclusively with natural products, whose properties and activities are widely known. Use by the nursing mother prevents gas colic in the newborn.

How to use:
- during pregnancy: 1 capsule twice a day;
- during breastfeeding: 1-2 capsules three times a day.

Components and their action:
- fennel (foeniculum vulgare Miller): since ancient times, it was used in herbal teas to increase and prolong the milk secretion of nurses; it also has an anti-fermentative action and is therefore recommended in the treatment of gaseous colic in the newborn;
- blueberry (vaccinium myrtillus L.): strengthens the resistance of the capillaries and improves any visual disturbances resulting from pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- carrot (daucus carota L.): in addition to having a synergistic action with that of fennel and blueberry, it is rich in provitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin C, mineral salts, such as iron, phosphorus, copper, calcium, essential elements for the body and often lacking in modern nutrition.
