Ingrediants
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate; boswellia ( Boswellia serrata Roxb. , gum-resin) dry extract titrated at 75% in boswellic acids, withania [ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal., root ] dry extract titrated at 2.5% in withanoids, zinc gluconate, turmeric phytosome (emulsifier: soy lecithin, thickener: microcrystalline cellulose; dry extract of Curcuma longa L. , rhizome -20%) titrated at 18-22% in total curcuminoids, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (acetate of DL-α-tocopheryl), stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; L- selenomethionine, copper citrate.

How to use
Take one tablet a day, to be swallowed with a little water preferably during one of the main meals.
