Elmex Sensitive Professional Repair & Protect is a toothpaste that features an exclusive formula with Pro-Argin that seals and repairs exposed tubules connected to nerve endings offering immediate relief. With regular use, it forms a protective barrier that prevents the possible further onset of sensitivity. With the addition of the combination of zinc derivatives, it helps strengthen the gums and prevent gingival recession, acting on one of the main causes of sensitivity.

Where does sensitivity come from?

Gum recession can expose the tubules connected to the tooth's nerves and increase the risk of pain due to tooth sensitivity. When the teeth come into contact with something hot, cold or sweet, the stimuli are transmitted through these tubules directly to the nerve endings, causing pain.

How to use

For immediate pain relief : apply toothpaste up to twice a day directly with your fingertip on sensitive teeth and massage gently for one minute. Close the tube after use.

Children up to 12 years : do not apply directly to the tooth with the tip of the finger for immediate relief.

For prolonged relief : apply the product on a gentle toothbrush, being careful to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Brush twice a day. Sensitive teeth may indicate a more serious problem that may require direct dentist intervention if the pain persists.

Children up to 6 years old : Use a small amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize ingestion. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult your dentist or doctor.
