How to use
We recommend taking one sachet a day (equal to 4.5 g) to be dissolved in 50 ml of water.

Myo-inositol, Soy (Glycine max (L.) Meyer) semi dry extract titrated 40% isoflavones, Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide; Dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L.) root dry extract titrated 20% diosgenin; Acidifier: Citric acid; Aroma, Color: Carotenes; Sweetener: Sucralose.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
