METHOD OF USE
Adults: it is recommended to take 10-30 ml per day.
Children from 6 months to 1 year: 2.5 ml per day.
Children from 1 year to 3 years: 5 ml per day.
Children from 3 years to 6 years: 7.5 ml per day.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 10 ml per day.
As an adjunct to sleep disorders it is recommended to take 30 minutes before bedtime.
