Food supplement based on Melatonin and extracts of Valerian, Passiflora and Escolzia. Valerian, Passiflora and Escolzia are useful for promoting sleep. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep and to the decrease of the effects of jet lag. The controlled release form allows a graduated and balanced supply of the product components.

Ingrediants
Maltodextrin from maize, Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. , maltodextrin from maize) root dry extract, Passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata L. , maltodextrin from maize) flowering tops dry extract, Escolzia ( Eschoscholtzia californica Cham , maltodextrin from maize) flowered aerial parts dry extract , anti-caking agents: Silica and Magnesium stearate, Melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet in the evening, one hour before bedtime, swallowing with water. In case of Jet-lag, take 1 tablet on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult your doctor.
