Food supplement based on Melatonin and extracts of Valerian, Passiflora and Escolzia. The ingredients of Valerian, Passiflora and Escolzia are known to promote a physiological sleep. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep and to the decrease of the effects of jet-lag.

Ingrediants
Melatonin 1%, Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. , maltodextrin) root dry extract 25%, edible gelatin (contains soy lecithin), Passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata L. , maltodextrin) flowering plant dry extract 16.66%, Escolzia ( Eschscholtzia californica Ch. , Maltodextrin) flowering tops 16.66% dry extract, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.

How to use
We recommend taking one gel capsule a day with water 1 hour before going to bed.
