Food supplement based on Chondroflavon, Vitamin E and Magnesium. Soy, Red Clover and Dioscorea extracts are useful for counteracting menopause disorders; Lemon balm and lime promote relaxation.
Chondroflavon: • Soy : the extract of the seeds contains Isoflavones, mainly Genistein and Daidzein, and is useful for counteracting menopausal disorders and promoting lipid metabolism.
• Red clover : obtained from flowers, its extract helps to counteract menopause disorders. It also promotes the physiological skin function and the purifying functions of the organism.
• Dioscorea : is a useful plant to counteract menopause disorders. It also promotes joint function and the digestive system.
• Lemon balm and Linden : these are plants whose extracts mainly contain flavonoid complexes. The extract obtained from lemon balm leaves promotes relaxation and mental well-being, as well as having a positive effect on mood. An extract with known relaxing properties is obtained from the flowers of the silver lime: it promotes sleep, even in case of stress.
• Glucosamine sulphate : it is an amino-monosaccharide synthesized by chondrocytes and represents a structural unit of glycosaminoglycans (GAG), natural substances of the cartilage connective tissue that mainly perform support and protection functions.
• Chondroitin sulfate : it is the most abundant glycosaminoglycan in the cartilages. Being the GAG by its nature hydrophilic, it tends to bind water easily, creating swollen hydrated molecules that give the cartilage tissue the particular characteristics of cushioning: following compression forces, they quickly change their volume, yielding water molecules to the tissue, contributing so to its lubrication.
Vitamin E : is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Magnesium : supplementing this essential mineral during menopause can have positive effects on the body, as it contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, as well as to the electrolyte balance. Furthermore, it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy metabolism, to the regular functioning of the nervous system and muscles, to physiological protein synthesis, to normal psychological function and intervenes in the process of cell division.
