How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets in the evening just before bedtime. For any mood changes or for the management of appetite it is recommended to take 1 tablet one hour before lunch and the second one hour before dinner. It can also be taken by people with gluten intolerance or sensitivity.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
