MARINE Food supplement in magnesium tablets from 3 different sources: pidolate, citrate and marine (rich in many trace elements present in sea water). Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal muscle function, it also helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness. The formulation is enriched with Actilight, a short-chain prebiotic fructoligosaccharide (FOS) fiber.
