What is it and what is it for
Psotherapy is a line of products on a natural basis specially designed as a cosmetic complement to combat dry skin problems. With strong soothing, moisturizing and emollient properties, the Psotherapy natural treatment is ideal for very dry skin which is often associated with flaking and itching for various causes, such as psoriasis, dermatitis, xerosis or unsightly scaly patches. Thanks to the presence of the patented extract, Propsoriasis R&D, Psotherapy carries out a protective and sebum-restoring action, helping to reduce dryness and skin flaking. Psotherapy is a precious help to keep the skin in its perfect natural barrier function.

Who can use Psotherapy
Psotherarapy is a safe preparation even for children because it is composed of edible plant extracts and absolutely non-toxic and safe solvents. It can also be used by pregnant women, breastfeeding women, diabetic patients and the elderly.
Its effectiveness is completed by a diet that favors proteins of vegetable origin to animal ones, by proper hydration (it is recommended to drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day) and by the limitation or elimination of nicotine intake and alcohol. Furthermore, it has been observed that a significant decrease or elimination of the intake of milk of animal origin, dairy products and derivatives, considerably increases the effectiveness of the treatment and accelerates its beneficial effects.
Always consult your doctor in cases of controlled feeding.

Side effects
There were no noteworthy undesirable effects.
There are no contraindications, with the exception of a possible specific allergy to plants belonging to the Chenopodiaceae family, to Chenopodium or to any of the ingredients present in our products.
In any case, if allergic reactions occur, stop treatment immediately.
Increased skin redness, itching and a burning sensation may occur during the first few weeks of treatment. This is possibly a normal reaction to the active substance and should not be a cause for concern. In any case, if these manifestations were to last longer, or acquire a connotation of excessive pain or burning, it is advisable to decrease the frequency of applications from two per day to one. If even this frequency does not alleviate these sensations, decrease the applications to one daily every other day, until improvement. Gradually return to the recommended applications.

When not to use it
Do not use Psotherapy:
• if you are allergic to Chenopodiacee, Chenopodium or any of the ingredients present in our products;
• in conjunction with other treatments or pharmacological therapies, including natural or biological, for the treatment of psoriasis;
• unless after suspending any other topical pharmaceutical and cosmetic treatments for at least two weeks.

How to use
Use the product daily on the areas to be treated.
The product must be applied to perfectly dry skin, left to act for at least four minutes, then rinsed with plenty of warm water. Do not rub or massage the areas to be treated.
The product does not produce abundant foam, therefore do not overdo the quantities in order to create waste. The washing bases used ensure adequate cleansing, the product can, and should, replace the body cleansers normally used for the entire duration of the treatment.
To be used in combination with "Psotherapy Crema".
