Che cosa è?
Gli shirataki, certificati biologici, sono una pasta (simile ai vermicelli) della tradizione orientale a basso contenuto calorico. Facili da preparare, gli shirataki hanno un gusto semplice e neutro e si accompagnano bene alle salse di soia ed altri condimenti.
Come si usa?
Sciacquare abbondantemente gli shirataki sotto l'acqua corrente. Mettere a bollire una pentola d'acqua con un po' di sale grosso e quando l'acqua bolle, immergervi gli shirataki e cuocere per 1-2 minuti. Quindi scolarli e condirli a piacere. Una volta aperto, si raccomanda di usare tutto il prodotto.
