The Aboca lime blossom herbal tea helps to relax, alleviating agitation and tension, thanks to its main ingredient, the Linden flowers and floral bracts which have diaphoretic properties and promote sweating during acute fever or cold infectious diseases. It also has a sedative activity, which can also be used safely in the pediatric field.

Recommendations for use

One filter is enough to prepare a cup of infusion. Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered. To sweeten, the use of honey is recommended.
