Ingrediants
Magnesium; feverfew dry extract; escolzia dry extract; Devil's claw; spiny restharrow dry extract; α-lipoic acid; zinc; copper.

How to use
2 tablets per day: 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening after meals. Subsequently 1 tablet in the evening after meals.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
