How to use
4 capsules 2 times a day, to be swallowed with plenty of liquid, preferably one hour before meals. Take the capsules as they are or dissolve the contents in water.

Warnings
There is a possible danger of suffocation for people with swallowing difficulties or in case of ingestion without adequate fluid intake.
In order for it to reach the stomach, the product must always be taken with plenty of water.
