How to use
The dosage should be adapted according to the severity of symptoms due to lactose intolerance and the amount of lactose ingested. One tablet is sufficient in most cases of intolerance, being able to digest more than 20 g of lactose (corresponding to the amount of lactose contained in 400 ml of milk). If symptoms persist, a second tablet can be taken.
It is recommended to take 1 tablet (chew or swallow whole) with the first bite or sip of solid or liquid foods, respectively, containing lactose. If after 20-45 minutes you continue to ingest foods with lactose it is recommended to take another tablet. It is recommended for use in adults and children over 10 years of age.
Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to lactase or other components of the formulation.
Warnings
Lactose tolerance is variable, it is advisable to ask for advice on the role of this substance in one's diet. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
