The preparation has some components that act on the circulatory system and others that have an effect on the myocardium for which the entire cardiovascular system benefits.

The individual remedies present the following symptoms:

Crataegus: organotropic action on the myocardium and vascular system. It has a balancing effect in case of arterial hypotension.

Laurocerasus: heart failure associated with pulmonary stasis and cyanosis.

Oleander: heart and circulation disorders associated with arterial hypotension. Extrasystole.

Spartium scoparium: ectopic beats, tachycardia and rapid pulse; irregular heart rhythm, sensation of hyperpulsatility in the carotids.
