Enervit R1 Sport is an instant granulate for preparing drinks containing carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. The intake of the product is indicated for athletes who have done intense muscular work during physical activity. The Enervit R1 Sport formula contains:
- Vitamin B6, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen;
- Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress and normal energy metabolism.

Method of use and dosage
Dissolve a bag of product (15 g) in 200 ml (a full glass) of water. Take 1-2 sachets of the product according to the intensity of the effort, preferably immediately after physical activity.
