Fior di Loto crystalline fructose is excellent for sweetening hot drinks, creams, cakes, biscuits, cold drinks, yogurt, fruit salads, ice creams and mousses. Crystalline fructose has a transparent white color and is easily soluble.

Crystalline fructose is an organic product made with Italian organic wheat and natural enzymes. This product may contain traces of soy, sesame, cereals containing gluten and nuts.

From the caloric point of view there are no particular advantages, except in the reduction of the quantity used. 1 coffee spoon of fructose (about 5 g) corresponds to 20 kcal.
