HOW TO USE:
We recommend taking one cup a day, preferably in the morning. One filter is enough to prepare a cup of herbal tea (about 200 ml). Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to disperse the more volatile substances.
