How to use
1-2 tablets a day, to be swallowed with a sip of water. You can take the tablets together in a single shot, or at two different times of the day (morning and evening). To improve the absorption of bromelain, take the tablets on an empty stomach.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains sugar alcohols: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
