Lemon balm extract is widely used for its tranquilizing and relaxing properties, finding particular use in disorders of the initial phase of sleep.
Magnesium

Magnesium, in fact, plays a primary role in maintaining the efficiency of the energy production mechanisms by the cells, which is reflected in a reduction in muscle tension that is often associated with cramps. How to use
Take one tablet three times a day.

Warnings
It is not recommended to associate the use with products deriving from digitalis (digoxin).
Do not take during pregnancy.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not recommended for use in subjects with hypothyroidism.
Natural supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
