Method of use and dosage

We recommend taking one tablet a day, in the evening before going to bed.

Seeds titrated at 3% in monacolin K, anti-caking agents: mono and acid glycerides fats, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; tablet coating: (shellac, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dyes: titanium dioxide, iron oxide; stabilizer: polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agent: talc); Resveratrol (from the root of Fallopia japonica (Houtt) Ronse Dec.), Coenzyme Q10, Chromium picolinate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Pteroyl-monoglutamic acid (folic acid), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).
