It does not contain gluten .

Br. , Maltodextrin) 25% gymnemic acid; cinnamon bark dry extract ( Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume. , Maltodextrin); white mulberry leaves dry extract ( Morus alba L. , Maltodextrin); American potato tuber dry extract ( Ipomea batatas L. Lamb. ); anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide; cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; chromium picolinate.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 - 2 tablets a day to be taken 15 - 30 minutes before meals.
