Folate (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid), Iron fumarate, Magnesium oxide, Magnesium bisglycinate,; complex Vitamins group B (B1, B2, B6, B12), Sodium fluoride, Calcium carbonate, Pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), Zinc oxide, Potassium iodide, Vitamin PP (nicotinamide), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Vitamin H ( D- biotin), Sweetener: sorbitol; maltodextrin, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavorings, Sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; sodium selenite.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 sachet a day: dissolve the contents directly in the mouth or in a glass with a little water at any time of the day. It can be taken for prolonged periods in pregnancy, breastfeeding and in the period before conception.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains sugar alcohols: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Store the product in a cool, dry and protected from light. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened package.
