PHARMACOTHERAPEUTIC CATEGORY

EXCIPIENTS
Cream: cutin LE; medium chain triglycerides; myristic alcohol; isopropyl myristate; bentonite; scented essence; isopropyl alcohol; imidurea; phenoxyethanol; rosemary oil. Gel: isopropanol; propylene glycol; polyacrylic acid; sodium hydroxide; purified water.

INDICATIONS
Superficial thrombophlebitis and phlebitis; venous stasis edema; pain, inflammation, edema, trophic disorders in post-phlebitic and varicose states; hematomas.

CONTRAINDICATIONS / SECONDARY EFFECT
Hypersensitivity 'to the active substance, to a heparinoid or to any of the excipients.

DOSAGE
Pierce the membrane of the tube with the plug of the capsule. Cream: unless otherwise prescribed, place 3-5 cm of cream on the diseased part 2-3 times a day (in case of need and even more in the initial applications) and massage lightly until the cream is absorbed. In the case of particularly painful inflammations and in the presence of thrombosis, carefully spread the cream over the entire affected skin area and also around it, and cover with cotton gauze or similar. In these cases the therapeutic effect can be amplified by rubbing even areas further away from the part. Gel: unless otherwise prescribed, 3-5 cm of gel 2-3 times a day. The gel is suitable for use in physiotherapeutic techniques such as iontophoresis and phonophoresis. In case it is used with ionophoretic technique, it must be applied on the cathode.

STORAGE
Gel: this medicine does not require any special storage conditions. Cream: store below 25 degrees C.

WARNINGS
External use; if sensitization phenomena appear, which may originate with the prolonged use of the products for skin application, the treatment must be interrupted. The gel and cream formulations contain an alcohol among the excipients and therefore should not be applied to open wounds or mucous membranes. The gel contains propylene glycol which can cause skin irritation.

INTERACTIONS

SIDE EFFECTS
No particular undesirable effects are reported. The reporting of suspected adverse reactions that occur after the authorization of the drug is important, as it allows continuous monitoring of the benefit / risk ratio of the drug. Healthcare professionals are asked to report any suspected adverse reactions via the national reporting system.

There are no special precautions or warnings in case of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
